As you can see, we take the old and make it new again, this was in a home that was built in 1898, and we were renovationg a room to make a bedroom for a teenage boy. We did something a bit different in that the old lath covering the chimney in the closet, was wrapped in plexiglass and trimmed with black corners to show the old lath work in the home.

Our Business

M&L Builders was founded in 2004 with the merger of 2 companies. In early 2007 we brought in 1 additional company to stand where we are at present.

Of the combined 3 companies 2 had been in business for over 20 years each both in Missouri and Virginia. The other one had existed for 3 years here in Missouri, so our level of experience in business operation spans some 20 odd years.

We are a bonded and insured company that carries the necessary licenses to perform services depending upon local requirements.

We stand by our work with a 1-5 year warranty for workmanship (scope of project determines length of warranty)

We have a reference list that is available upon request.

Glenn Miller - President/CEO - Over 25 years experience in the construction and facilities management fields.  Certified Home Inspector, Member National Society of Home Inspectors.

Richard Leeper - Exectutive Vice President/CFO "The numbers guy" Over 30 years experience in project management and systems analysis

Cindy Miller - Secretary/Treasurer/Office Manager - Over 20 years experience enduring construction workers. ( For that alone she deserves a medal) Keeps everything organized through a sea of disorganization.

There are a number of others that are relied upon regularly to keep the ball rolling but space is limited. Suffice to say all members of the team are needed and appreciated.
